How to cancel: Use the “Cancel Booking” option in your account dashboard, or email info@nolsaf.com from your registered address. You'll receive an email confirmation with refund details and a cancellation reference number.
Once you have checked in, your booking is considered active. Early departure does not automatically qualify for any refund. The only exceptions are genuine, verifiable emergencies as listed below.

Medical emergency
Life-threatening condition requiring hospitalisation after check-in. Hospital admission records required within 48 hours.
Death in immediate family
Spouse, parent, child or sibling only. Official death certificate required within 72 hours. Extended family does not qualify.
Natural disaster
Government-declared disaster making the property unsafe or inaccessible. Request within 7 days with official documentation.
Government-imposed restriction
Mandatory travel ban, lockdown, or quarantine order imposed after check-in. Advisory warnings do not qualify.
Property emergency
Accommodation rendered genuinely uninhabitable (fire, structural failure, severe infestation). Must be reported to NoLSAF within 24 hours of discovery.

Free cancellation window
May be reduced to 14+ days before check-in (vs the standard 24-hour grace). Exact window is specified in your booking confirmation.
Partial refunds — >30 days out
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund. The precise amount depends on the terms agreed at booking.
No refund — within 30 days
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are typically non-refundable or subject to significant penalties.
Deposits are non-refundable
Non-refundable deposits paid to secure a group booking will not be returned regardless of cancellation timing, unless the booking agreement specifies otherwise.
Date changes — 60+ days notice
Changes to check-in dates must be requested at least 60 days before the original check-in date, subject to property availability and owner approval.
Guest-count reductions
Reducing headcount may forfeit group discounts and trigger rate adjustments. Increases require availability confirmation.
Full group no-show = full charge
If the entire group fails to check in without prior notification, the full booking amount is charged with no refunds.
All requests must be in writing
Verbal requests are not accepted for group cancellations. Submit via the platform or email info@nolsaf.com. Allow 5–7 business days processing.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method in the original currency.
“Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment.”

In rare circumstances, a property owner may cancel a confirmed booking due to property damage, maintenance, or a double-booking error. If this happens, NoLSAF will notify you immediately and either arrange alternative accommodation of equal or better quality at no extra cost, or issue a full refund of all amounts paid.
